Insurance

Dr. Webber serves as an out of network provider for all insurance companies. Upon receipt of payment from you, she will provide you with the invoice that is necessary for obtaining reimbursement from your insurance company.

If you plan to have your insurance cover the cost of your sessions, please call your insurance company ahead and ask about your out of network benefits. Depending on your insurance benefits, you may or may not be required to meet a deductible prior to insurance coverage.

If your insurance benefit entitles you to partial or full reimbursement, please note that Dr. Webber will be unable to bill your insurance company directly for out of network clients. You will be required to pay session fees upfront and then submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. Dr. Webber will be happy to provide you with as much support as she can to help you submit your claim successfully.

Payment

Dr. Webber accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards. Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours prior, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
